Gestão de Projetos

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Project Management
Drive and support our customer proposition projects as they evolve to support the business strategy, with a focus on understanding their impact on team members and operations.Identify, deliver, and manage end-to-end operational projects across all stores to optimize ways of working and support business efficiency, always aiming for retail excellence and working towards key KPIs.Lead workshops and forums with senior leaders across the organization to build a holistic view of the operational opportunities that exist today.Collaboration and Optimization
Collaborate with core domain teams to develop customer-centric solutions with our product and tech teams that maximize store performance.Understand operational impacts of domain-led initiatives on stores—consider how new technical changes may affect customers, team members, ways of working, and any existing technology in our physical stores.Analysis and Improvement
Conduct business process analysis to highlight areas of opportunity and propose optimizations for our store operating model.More About You
University degree in Business, Management, or a similar field (preferred, but not mandatory if you have relevant experience).Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.2–4 years of experience in retail operations or project management.Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams.If you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora's future, please do not hesitate to apply.
