What You'll DoYou can expect to take ownership of:Collaborating with other Developers, Designers and Product Managers to create the most compelling and successful experience possible.Helping to create a fantastic User Experience through the implementation of design on our diverse range of products .Performing hands-on development, testing, debugging, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing code.Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects.Solving technical challenges for new features.Keeping up-to-date with emerging design techniques and trends.
Your attitude & backgroundExperience with HTML, CSS and pre-processors like SASS/LESS, as well as design tools such as Figma.Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g.
: React or Vue).
Experience with NextJs is a plus.Experience with API integration is required, understanding how to connect and interact with data sources.At least 2 years of development experience using web technologies.Experience collaborating with designers and working with wireframes, mockups, and design systems.Understanding of SEO and accessibility principals is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in materialising our vision for our products.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Drive to excel and see things flourish in a small, dynamic team.Passion for staying on the bleeding edge of platforms, methodologies and web trends.A personal portfolio of work, beyond what you've done on the job (show us your personal Github repo or contributions to other projects
).Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
