Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a FMCG company operating in the food sector, specializing in both branded products and private label distribution.
Descrição Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources, including POS systems, market research reports, and internal databases. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure account performance and track progress against sales targets. Conduct in-depth analysis to understand sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness, optimize product assortment, and maximize profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Assist the Key Account Manager in developing strategic account plans and sales forecasts based on data analysis and market insights. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of promotional activities, pricing initiatives, and trade promotions. Monitor and track the implementation of key account strategies and initiatives, providing feedback and adjustments as needed. Support the Key Account Manager in maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts and distributors, serving as a point of contact for data-related inquiries. Respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis and insights from key customers, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and reliability in handling data.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload effectively.
Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics, key account management principles, and retail channels is a plus.
