Vision for this role:Helping businesses create extraordinary product experiencesContentserv is a recognized technology leader, that offers a solution to manufacturers, brand owners and specialized retailers looking for an easy way to manage and optimize product content across channels and build groundbreaking, highly converting product experiences.Contentserv's Product Experience Cloud enables manufacturers, brand owners and specialized retailers to manage and optimize product content more easily — through one easy-to-use cloud platform.Together with the Product Marketing team, our new product marketing manager owns the positioning, messaging, and branding of our products and enables our sales and partner teams to better position and market our products that help brands and retailers offer customized and highly converting product experiences that delight customers, improve time to value and boost ROI.Your responsibilities - with the opportunities to grow:In your day-to-day work, you will have a diverse range of tasks with plenty of room for development:Draw on your in-depth technical, competitor and product knowledge to create and deliver clear and compelling product collateral and content tools - from feature & benefit datasheets, product presentations, guides, standard demos, video summaries and snippets, webpages, FAQs and glossaries to partner and sales enablement tools - such as product function and architecture PPTs, competitive battle cards, buyers' guides, pricing tools and ROI calculators and presentationsBe an active core contributor to company-wide knowledge management creating standard text for FAQs, RFIs and RFQsDevise and manage product launches, releases and campaigns, be skilled at evangelizing our productCraft compelling messages for use across marketing channelsTranslate technical details into benefits for the userDeploy product marketing strategiesBe the expert on our buyers: who they are, how they buy and what their buying criteria is , being able to build buyer personasMonitoring and analysis of the marketWork with various teams (design, content, product, sales) to implement strategiesEvaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers & evaluate your projects using relevant KPIsYour profile - what do you need to fit with us?Bachelor's degree required - Marketing or MBA qualification an advantageMinimum 3 years enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud services or enterprise information archiving product marketing experience:Proven experience as a Product Marketing ManagerEnglish native speaker and writer, skills in German a plusYou are an expert on our competition and their positioningExcellent copywriting skills for a variety of communication mediaTechnical skills and experience in working with digital marketing automation tools and systems (HubSpot)Experience working on a global scale with US, European and APAC exposure an advantageFamiliar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)Knowledge of any of the following software markets is advantageous:Product Information Management, Master Data Management and Digital Asset Management.Your personality - does this sound like you?You are a creative Team Player having a keen eye for detailAnalytical mind and strong quantitative skillsStart-up entrepreneurial mentality: self-motivated, driven and committed with high energy levelsHands on and delivery focused, committed to results and growing the businessExcellent people skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teamsHighly organized with a strong eye for detail, able to prioritize effectivelySome good reasons to join our team:We offer you a versatile job with high personal responsibility and global challenging tasksYou can work in a professional, international working environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making pathsWe live a co-operative and respectful corporate culture with fun at work and room for own ideasYou have the chance to learn, develop and grow with support of our whole international teamA collegial and appreciative corporate culture with fun at the task and room for own ideasFlexible work schedules and work location (remote, onsite or mixed)Competitive salaryCorporate healthcare insurance plan (after probation period)Access to Company Mobility ProgramEntitled to extra paid leave days package, starting with 25 days yearly total and growing with seniority in the CompanyWe provide possibility of therapy sessions, as part of the Employee Assistance ProgramA modernly equipped and pet-friendly workplaceAre you curious?
