Previous experience in workshop reception, with relevant experience in telephone customer support but only if in contexts linked to after-sales services (workshop and parts) in the automotive sectors (machinery, trucks, cars…);Minimum qualifications at the level of 12th grade, but preference will be given to candidates with higher education in the field of Mechanical Engineering.Good knowledge of mechanics and/or mechanical components applicable to the heavy machinery sector (wheel loaders, excavators, etc…);Good knowledge of MSOFFICE from a user perspective and experience in SAP is valued;Good knowledge of English (reading and comprehension level will be at least B2).A love and appetite for commercial activity and for contact with the public.Interest and taste for the sector and the product typology;Ability to solve problems and work in dynamic and stressful environments;Ease of communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation.Focus on the customer and results.High sense of accuracy, planning and organization.Proactivity, dynamism and flexibility.FUNCTIONThe Service Advisor is the direct contact with the customer for all Service and Technical Support matters, concentrating the service appointment contacts.You will need to be able to technically guide the conversation with the customer in order to prepare the requests for assistance in the best and most complete way possible, being decisive for the performance of the workshops both in the scheduling of services and in the anticipation of solutions and preparation of work.You will promote After Sales Solutions that best fit the profile of the customer who contacts us.
