A Discovery Hotel Management está a reforçar a equipa de Operações na sua sede em Lisboa, com a integração de um Operations Manager, Responsável por apoiar a Operação Hoteleira para cada ativo, garantindo os melhores níveis de qualidade, resultados operacionais e satisfação interna.
As principais responsabilidades serão:
Apoiar a Direcção Geral das Unidades Hoteleiras de forma em projectos especiais ou de forma temporária, em formato presencial;
Garantir o acompanhamento contínuo da satisfação dos clientes e assegurar a implementação de medidas voltadas para a melhoria contínua;
Apoiar o planeamento, organização, direção, controlo e administração de toda a operação, considerando a Visão, Cultura, Missão e Plano Estratégico da DHM;
Contribuir para a evolução dos ativos visando melhorar os resultados a médio e longo prazo;
Apoiar na definição de desempenho e metas, garantindo o máximo empenho e compromisso do Diretor Geral e dos Diretores de Departamento;
Coordenar, garantir e implementar planos de ação voltados para a melhoria contínua com base na análise de resultados: alocação de recursos, atualização de metas e melhoria dos indicadores de desempenho de todas as áreas da organização;
Garantir a implementação e prática dos Padrões Operacionais dos Hotéis DHM;
Dar apoio a cada Diretor Geral na elaboração de Orçamentos e Planos Anuais, assegurando o seu cumprimento operacional;
Garantir a análise mensal de resultados, analisando desvios e implementando medidas preventivas e corretivas;
Coordenar e assegurar a execução de Projetos de Inovação Operacional;
Participar em atividades e planos de Expansão.
Assegurar análises mensais de performance com base em P&L Report
Licenciatura em gestão e gestão hoteleira ou gestão com especialização posterior em Gestão Hoteleira;
Experiência anterior em gestão de hotéis ou resorts;
Pensamento analitico e estratégico;
Capacidades de gestão, organização e planeamento;
Capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Autonomia e capacidade de antecipar e resolver problemas;
Dinamismo e pró-atividade;
