Assume-se como o consultor comercial dos clientes de mercado local, assegurando a execução dos planos de trade marketing no ponto de venda para atingir resultados e elevar visibilidade das marcas. Identifica novas oportunidades de negócio para criar e manter um pipeline de vendas robusto. As responsabilidades: Desenvolver as ações comerciais para cumprimento dos objetivos de vendas; Conhecer e atuar de acordo com a segmentação de clientes CCEP, executando os planos de trade marketing; Implementar a foto de sucesso (PICOS) definida por segmento; Introdução de novas referências para ampliar o mix de marcas, formatos e embalagens nos clientes, segundo o segmento e ocasião de consumo; Desenvolver relações sustentáveis a longo prazo com os clientes, assumindo o papel de embaixador da marca e reforçando a ligação para promover a fidelização dos clientes aos nossos produtos; Atividades de prospeçãopara alargar a base de clientes no território assignado; Assegurar o suporte às equipas de vendas dos distribuidores; Agilizar a resolução deproblemas. Requisitos: Experiência mínima de 1 ano em vendas, preferencialmente em FMCG; Licenciatura na área degestão (fator preferencial); Elevada capacidade de negociação e comunicação, verbal e escrita; Boa gestão das relações, demonstrando flexibilidade para ajustar abordagem às expetativas e necessidades dos diferentes interlocutores; Bons conhecimentos MS Office: Excel, Word e PowerPoint; Bom nível de Inglês e/ou Espanhol será valorizado; Carta de condução (ligeiros) e disponibilidade para deslocações na rota comercial assignada.
