Junior PPC Campaign ManagerJoin our team in Lisbon, working 3 days a week in the office. We are Downtown Ecommerce Partners, a forward-thinking performance marketing agency.
We work with clients worldwide across various industries, striving to deliver outstanding results. Our fast-growing boutique digital marketing agency has offices in Chicago, Lisbon and The Hague.

Responsibilities:Set up, manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.Monitor campaign performance, flagging any anomalies or trends that deviate from expectations.Analyze data, generate reports and use insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.Keep accurate and organized records of campaign activities and performance metrics.Regularly reconcile data to ensure accuracy in reporting.Proactively find solutions to challenges and strive to improve campaign performance.Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and contribute to strategic planning.Requirements:Familiarity with PPC and major PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills.Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks.Ability to handle repetitive tasks with resilience and maintain high standards.Good analytical mind and ability to interpret data effectively.Common sense and practical problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.Proactive mindset with a drive to find answers independently.Accountability and responsibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing or a related field.Familiarity with additional ad platforms (TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit) is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.Comprehensive training and professional development programs.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Free lunch and flexible working hours.
