Experiência mínima de 2 anos como Salesforce Consultant;
Experiência em implementação de projectos Salesforce (funções "hands-on");
Capacidade de análise de necessidades e desenvolvimento de soluções, com foco em No-Code e Flows;
Capacidade de liderança e pro-atividade na definição de soluções em resposta às necessidades dos clientes, alinhadas com o seu processo de negócio;
Capacidade de identificar processos de melhoria e / ou novas oportunidades através da análise das implementações dos Clientes;
Conhecimento das funcionalidades mais recentes de releases Salesforce.
Soft Skills :
Experiência em projetos geridos em metodologia Agile (valorizado);
Boa capacidade comunicação escrita e verbal;
Capacidade de trabalho em ambiente colaborativo e com equipas globais;
