Head of Art Lisboa Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal Job DescriptionThe Head of Art will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the art direction of our agency. This role requires a- disciplinary approach, blending expertise in advertising, design and artistic projects with a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a holistic vision and the ability to lead and orchestrate a team of Art Directors, Brand Designers, Motion Designers, Content Creatives and Developers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the artistic direction and vision for all agency projects, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns, design and artistic projects.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual concepts and strategies.Manage and mentor a team of Art Directors, Brand Designers, Motion Designers and Content Creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs, maintaining the agency's high standards.Drive the creation of social media content that engages audiences and aligns with client objectives.In collaboration with our Developers, oversee the development of digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the agency at the forefront of creativity and innovation.Work closely with other department heads to integrate artistic vision with overall agency strategy and goals.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior creative role within an agency or similar environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and disciplines, including advertising campaigns, design and artistic projects.Deep understanding of digital platforms and social media content creation.Proficiency in- standard design software and toolsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends.Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead and shape the art direction of a- thinking creative agency.Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and creativity.Work on a diverse range of projects, from advertising campaigns to artistic endeavors.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
