Job Description
Your contribution to something big : Join our team as an SAP Key User for the Controlling (CO) module and play a pivotal role in enhancing financial and business planning processes for the Selling, Administration (SG&A) department at the Vehicle Motion (VM) division headquarters. You will support the rollout of SAP S / 4 Hana with a focus on overhead cost controlling processes (B2P – process area).
ResponsibilitiesSAP CO Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain the SAP CO module, focusing on cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders to support controlling forecast activities (including secondary cost allocations, activity types, and COPA cycles).Expert Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to controlling colleagues, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions related to the SAP CO module.User Training & Development: Conduct internal training sessions to enhance user proficiency and understanding of SAP-related processes.Process Improvement & Digitalization: Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency in financial planning and analysis. A keen interest in digitalization and automation with proven tools is highly valued.S / 4 Hana Rollout & Integration: Coordinate the S / 4 Hana implementation within your area of responsibility, working closely with other SAP modules and IT teams to ensure integration and alignment of financial processes.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you : EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields, preferably with a specialization in Controlling.ExperienceSeveral years of controlling experience at the business unit and plant level.Experience with the SAP CO module (S4Hana is an advantage).Know HowProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and IBM Planning Analytics.Familiarity with digitalization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.LanguagesFluent in English.German is an advantage.Working Style and MethodsComfortable working in cross-cultural and international team settings within a matrix organization.PersonalityProactive and able to work independently with a clear structure.Strong analytical skills with the capability to manage complex tasks.Assertive and stakeholder-oriented communication.Eager to learn and grow within a team.Open to working in international and virtual team environments.Additional InformationPlease note that your application for this position may be subject to a Pre-Employment Screening (PES).
