Sobre o nosso cliente We are recruiting an ESG Specialist for a multinational company in the automotive financial solutions sector.
The successful candidate will:
Drive the sustainability agenda for the company, addressing environmental priorities alongside social responsibilities, including diversity, inclusion, human rights, and corporate governance.Develop and propose a comprehensive sustainability strategy, translating it into actionable documents and plans.Serve as the primary point of contact for ESG-related matters with Headquarters.Coordinate and organize the ESG Committee, ensuring effective reporting on ESG performance.Descrição Implement measures for a sustainable company from an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perspective.Know the laws and regulations on ESG matters and implement the requirements in the organization.Enable the company to meet compliance requirements.Understand environmental risks and define measures for mitigation.Ensure that guidelines on the Environmental Compliance Management System (ECMS) are in place, and processes are periodically reviewed and monitored.Report on CSRD requirements.Promote training and awareness on ESG and ECMS matters.Support Sales and Procurement Departments in collecting reports on the requirements of ESG.Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to sustainability;3+ years of professional experience in implementing projects aligned with the Taxonomy, carbon emissions reduction, collection, processing, and reporting of ESG data, as well as developing and executing sustainability plans and actions;Fluency in English.Vantagens Great opportunity.
