Automotive Field Technician(f/m/d)Your contribute to a #zerodowntimefutureYou'll be responsible to conduct field work regarding the installation, uninstallation, reinstallation of the Stratio Databox, our in-vehicle data collection unit, following the defined processes.
You will be part of our amazing Service team, who support our valued customers with all their post sales needs; Installation, Support & Customer Enablement.
As Automotive Field Technician you willPerform field work or remote support to Install Hardware Solution;
Perform field work or remote support to fix Stratio Hardware Solution issues affecting the service;
Perform training to customers and partners related to work with Stratio Hardware solutions;
Report work progress to the supervisor and project lead;
Represent Stratio in front of the customer professionally;
Create installation manuals according to internal procedures;
Create harnesses according to internal procedures.This is what we believe is needed for this roleTechnical degree or professional experience in electrical or mechanical area;Driver's license B;Full availability and flexibility to travel abroad;Availability to work on weekends/night hours when necessary;Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure;Independent user of the English language;Fluency in English.Bonus Points
Knowledge working with Diagnostic Equipment;Knowledge and understanding of in-vehicle communication networks;Understanding of OBD, UDS, FMS, ISO 15765, J1939, J1708, KWP2000 or any other protocol used in vehicle networks;Previous experience in automotive/electrical maintenance;Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French, etc).What we offerAll supplementary work and night shifts are paid accordingly;Food Allowance of 10.20€ per working day;All travel is arranged and paid by the company;Health Insurance for you and your children;Flexible Working Hours;22 vacation days, which can go up to 25 according to your tenure;Quarterly Events to discuss Strategy;Autonomy and Ownership Culture;Continuous feedback culture;Innovation Mindset;Career Acceleration.LocationCoimbra with full availability and flexibility to travel abroad.What you can expect from the recruitmentScreening call with HR1st Interview (1h)
