Job Overview : We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team remotely in Portugal .
This role will involve providing top-notch customer support to our German-speaking clients and offering assistance for web services.
While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Offer exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Issue Resolution : Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on our company's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
Order Management : Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
Technical Assistance : Provide basic technical support and help customers use our digital services (training provided).
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Customer Feedback : Gather and share feedback to help enhance our services and products.
Work Schedule : Monday to Sunday : 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative Shifts) Late Shifts : Possibility to extend the shift until 21:00 Days Off : 2 days (rotative) Relocation : Relocation from outside of Portugal : Reimbursement of airfare after 180 days of the contract up to 400€ in economy class.
Relocation from inside of Portugal : Reimbursement of travel costs after 180 days of contract up to 150€ in economy class.
Temporary Accommodation : From outside of Portugal : Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.
From inside of Portugal : Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.
Shared Apartment for International Relocators : Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280€ including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip).
Note : Temporary accommodation is available based on project needs.
Additional Benefits : Meal Allowance : 7.63€ net per working day.
Transport Allowance : Not provided.
