About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to shape the way we see crypto poker. As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will drive the organization's data strategy, transforming data into actionable insights to support key business decisions. This role involves optimizing data processes and leveraging advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDevelop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-makingProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysisPoker-Specific Insights: Utilise your poker experience to analyse game performance and player behaviourAssess the impact of game features, promotions, and marketing campaigns on player engagement and revenueIdentify opportunities for optimising game mechanics and user experienceConduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify growth opportunitiesData Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data collection and analysisWork with Product and data teams to optimise data storage and retrieval processesCommunication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerTranslate complex data into understandable and actionable business termsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives with data-driven insightsHighly Desired Knowledge And Experience: Experience in Poker: Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable, preferably pokerAbout You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plusProven experience as a BI Analyst or similar roleProficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Node JS, or similarExperience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, SingularLooker, or similarStrong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processesKnowledge of crypto would be beneficialExperience in the gaming industry is highly desirable; Poker and Casino
