.SEASON 2025 - Starting late February 2025 early March 2025 until November 2025For our two Michelin Star Kitchen, we are looking for personable, passionate, and driven Demichefs de Partie.Key Responsibilities:Support & assist the Chef de Partie of a specific kitchen section.Step in to oversee the section during the Chef de Partie's absence, maintaining the same level of quality and efficiency.Execute mise en place and cooking tasks as per instructions.Ensure and maintain precision, consistency, and attention to detail in every dish.Work closely with other sections and chefs to ensure smooth service.Guide and train Commis Chefs, ensuring they understand and perform their tasks correctly.Adapt to last-minute changes, special guest requests, or dietary requests with efficiency and creativity.Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.Your ProfileOur ideal candidate must possess:Fluency in English; German and/or Portuguese are a plus.Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants (Michelin experience is a strong advantage).Formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience.Familiarity with ingredient quality control and mise en place management.Keen attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across the kitchen team.Leadership potential to supervise and guide junior staff such as Commis Chefs.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.Passionate about gastronomy, with a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts.Our Benefits:Reduced rental for accommodation.Free meals (on and off duty).5-day week.Attractive discounts for Vila Joya Spa, the two-Michelin-Star Restaurant, and the Beach Restaurant Vila Joya Sea.Family owned since 1982.2 Michelin stars since 1999 under the Austrian Chef Dieter Koschina.Workplace directly at the beach.Are you dreaming of working in one of the best restaurants in Portugal – 2 Michelin Stars since 1999?Do you have good communication skills and are you helpful, friendly, and a team player?Is cooking your passion?
