WHAT YOU WILL DO: Evaluate the software's quality Mitigate the risk of software, hardware malfunction during operation Assess work products such as requirements and game design documents Ensure comprehensive coverage of a test object Validate the fulfillment of specified requirements Ensure compliance of a test object with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations Provide stakeholders with pertinent information for informed decision-making Build confidence in the quality of the test object Validate the completeness and conformity of the test object with the developer's expectations Analyse, design, manage and improve test procedures and processes Run test procedures and create meaningful reports Coordinate solutions with multi-disciplinary teams Solve challenges in a creative, pragmatic and consequent way Provide meaningful feedback to game developers and software programmers REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Testing knowledge to enhance testing effectiveness and the use of diverse test techniques Thoroughness, carefulness, curiosity, attention to detail and being methodical (to identify defects, especially the ones that are difficult to find) Good communication skills, active listening, and teamwork abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders, convey information comprehensively, report defects, and engage in discussions Analytical thinking, critical thinking, and creativity (to increase the effectiveness of testing) Solid technical base and work ethics Good communication skills Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Fluent in English (both oral and written) Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand and meet deadlines EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time LOCATION: This role is based at Porto, near NorteShopping and right by Viso subway station.
