Join us and help shape our journey towards becoming a tech-enabled enterprise Accountabilities: As a Project Coordinator in the Human Resources global function, you'll be responsible for managing project-related data, building project dashboards, coordinating internal and external portfolio reports, setting up complex meetings and workshops, and ensuring coordination of different business areas involved in a project. You'll also control small sub-projects under general guidance and coordinate all governance activities across the portfolio. Are you ready to take on these exciting responsibilities? Essential Skills/Experience: Experience of working with various data sets and sources Advanced excel skills Experience in working with PowerBI Experience in working in a global environment, supporting projects Good English written and spoken communication Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems (MS Office) Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience in working with Smartsheet Experience in working on a global / large scale programme Knowledge of AstraZeneca project management framework Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support programme needs Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
