Key Responsibilities: Professionally and enthusiastically assist customers through inbound calls.
Provide detailed information about products and services, aiming to close sales over the phone.
Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving problems, and checking stock availability.
Troubleshoot issues related to account management and software functionality.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and actions taken.
