ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Manager for Enterprise Architecture to join our TechHub
You will play a critical role in guiding the enterprise architecture through transformation and optimization initiatives.
You will scope activities helping the organization grow revenue, optimizing costs and mitigating risks.
By focusing on understanding specific business challenges / opportunities addressing them through progressive and sustainable architecture guidance.
You will work alongside solution partners across all application functions in Supply Chain to ensure that standards and governance are adhered to and that architecture remains consistently in line with not only business ambition but the Tech target architectures.
Your focus is to help the organization plan, design, innovate, orchestrate, facilitate, navigate and operationalize the digital enterprise.
You will also deeply understand and inform integration best practices to ensure the assembly of the future application landscape is done sustainably and flexibly and in service of our target architectures.
You will act as an advocate for innovation and will provide ongoing information on new and improved solutions and technology options further enhancing the Supply Chain transformation.
provide guidance and structure to the design of regional solutions and carry the architecture governance and standards into all decisions regarding future technology deployments.
THE SKILLS To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you: 10+ years in Architect related roles.
International experience required (accountability for delivering in/to different countries).
I&T Technologies, Solutions lifecycle, business relationship and project methodologies.
Proficiency in English, SAP, Microsoft and M365.
Experience with Credible Architecture Frameworks.
Experience in working in diverse and multicultural teams and global matrix organisations.
Great Influencing and communication skills.
Ability to work under time pressure & in complex environments.
Diligent and structured way of working.
Flexibility and proactivity.
