We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner to be part of a high-impact squad dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing roadmap initiatives focused on business growth.
This role requires a forward-thinking mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to incorporate AI-driven technologies into our solutions.
As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI, AI specialists, and business stakeholders, to conceptualize and deliver new functional modules that enhance our product offering.

Responsibilities Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives and innovation goals.
Collaborate with development, AI, and UX/UI teams to design and implement innovative solutions and AI-powered functionalities that enhance user experience and business value.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new functional modules.
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
Work closely with commercial and support teams to facilitate internal training and ensure seamless adoption of new functionalities.
Drive change management processes, including creating user manuals, product documentation, and communication strategies.
Promote a culture of innovation within the squad, encouraging the exploration of emerging technologies and AI applications.
Analysis / mapping of product, processes and clients' business requirements and solution configuration.
Contact with development, architecture, UX/UI, testing and maintenance teams in order to have a continuous improvement of products.
Education Bachelor / master's in management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge Interest in technology and passion for innovation and emerging technologies, particularly AI and data-driven solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Strong conceptual skills.
Fluent in English (written and oral); Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Resilience, autonomy and ambition.
Experience 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS company, preferably working with AI-driven products or innovative digital solutions Why join Hubexo?
