Responsibilities:
Following the Internal Model Investigations (IMI) assessment report on Internal Ratings-Based Approach (IRBA) models by the ECB, ensuring reconciliation of the management data with the accounting data regarding defaults used for RISK modeling and back-testing exercises.
Assessing every 6 months the limit utilization data consistency between the RISK system (Global Vision-GV) and the Finance central system (Shared Reporting Space-SRS), ensuring that the credit decisions taken are consistent with the accounting data.
Technical Skills:
Project management: scoping of the project, definition of the governance, ensuring stakeholders' coordination, managing and respecting deadlines, producing project deliverables or coordinating stakeholders in charge of deliverables.
Proficiency in preparing and animating meetings.
Accounting and finance regulatory background.
Excel skills.
Building and monitoring reconciliation exercises.
Language Skills:
French is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Communication skills (oral and written).
Organizational skills.
Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolution.
Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment.
Ability to develop and leverage networks.
Ability to understand, explain and support change.
