What you'll do Content Moderation; Managing and motivating the team; Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team; Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin; Ensuring the team's development, monitoring and evaluation; Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators; Developing action plans for continuous improvement. What you'll need Native/near native Spanish speakers; Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); Previous experience as a Content moderator and Trust and Safety, understands costumer service business and trends(essential); Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point); Analytic profile and good communication skills; Diversity orientation and judgement capability; Please note that we will only consider CV if submitted in English.
