We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team as we enter an exciting phase of growth at Exclaimer. This role reports to a Senior Product Manager and is a key member of the Product & Design Team, executing the product efforts in Exclaimer's Brand Engagement pillar. Brand Engagement is a vital focus area for Exclaimer, and providing a great product experience to our customers here is key to our continued strong commercial growth. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities, while expanding your knowledge and skill set in a supportive environment. Working with other key leaders across the wider Product, Design and Technology as well as GTM and customer facing teams to ensure we are serving the needs of both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, design and go-to-market teams to continually set and execute product plans.
Be the Product Expert for the Brand Engagement pillar and the 'go-to' on daily ceremonies, backlog prioritisation and refinement.
Translate product requirements into planned deliverables, collaborating with tech and ensuring shared understanding across the cross-functional team.
Present insights, progress and plans to Product & Technology and the wider business, including C-level and Senior Management team.
Partner with the Senior Product Manager on effective discovery and research to build a rich picture of our market and draw conclusions on the best problems to solve.
Present findings to wider product and tech team ahead of collaboratively planning and breaking down new initiatives.
Own the planning, delivery and success metrics on feature roll out.
Work with data to ensure high-quality tracking and insights for product, design & engineering teams. Monitor feature performance and test assumptions.
Work closely with Product Marketing to support feature roll out and adoption.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design, understanding the ways of working and high-level technical concepts.
Deploy your business and product knowledge to execute the best approach for a given context and problem.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise Experience working in fast-paced SaaS business delivering successful customer-centric partner products in a scaleup environment.
Ability to manage expectations and work with members of the Product, Design, Technology and Commercial teams to understand priorities and ensure alignment that what can be achieved with-in given timetable.
A clear communicator, comfortable conversing with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Champion the voice of the customer in everything you do.
Familiar with Agile ways of working in product management.
Experience working with Martech products would be desirable.
History of working closely with marketing/sales teams to build products.
Excellent ability to establish trust and build relationships with engineers, peers, and stakeholders across the business.
Have a passion for solving customer problems and creating elegant experiences.
Love collaborating with talented people across a variety of functions.
