.If you are looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further advance your skills and career in a great working environment, we have the perfect job for you As a Product Manager/Project Manager, you will be in charge of helping clients determine and prioritize business needs by assessing the relevance of the project and its features, their significance, the value of the efforts invested, and exploring alternatives as necessary.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a product manager in a software development areaExperience in defining product and business requirements in the context of software and technical developmentExperience in deconstructing product components to detailExperience with explaining technical concepts simply, to both technical and non-technical peopleExperience in software solutions creation from scratchExcellent organizational and time management skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsAdvanced / Fluent EnglishProject manager experience will be a plusEnkonix Conditions and Benefits:5-day working week from Monday to FridayOffice in Lisbon, 5 days a week is a must8-hour working day which starts at 9:00 (Portugal time)Compensation for payment of income tax in the amount of 5%Paid vacation — 18 working days per yearPaid unlimited sick leavesPerformance review twice a year with goals check every 2 monthsPersonal MacBook for work or BYOD compensationPartial English, sport and education reimbursementCareer development, knowledge sharing, and training opportunitiesSupport with personal projects and opportunities to take new roles & responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify optimal strategies for achieving the expected resultsAnalyze competitor products and market trends to assist clients/stakeholders in creating the best productsPerform market research in a specified area in cooperation with TOP managementConduct research needed to make high-quality decisions (user interviews, data, competitor products)Work closely with designers on the best UX/UI for end-usersTake the lead of project teams and product developmentManage a team of 5+ and coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projectsAbout Us:Enkonix is a technology consulting organization that connects strategy, design, and engineering services into a seamless workflow devised to support clients every step of the way.
