Collection Specialist (m/f/d) Lisbon, Portugal Finance Full-time About UsAnyDesk was founded under the belief that software technology and global connectivity can be a means to improve the way society functions.Today, AnyDesk builds a platform technology to reinvent the internet.Join us in shaping the future of software technologyWhat we are looking for:To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Collection Specialist.In this role, you will review account information, correct discrepancies and ensure that payments are collected.To be successful as a Collection Specialist, you should be a conscientious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You should be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and have an affinity for numbers.Contact and actively encourage delinquent customers and manage debt collection process React to client account queries in a timely and professional manner Explain collection policies, terms & conditions and procedures to customers Comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection practices Monitor, manage and ensure a sustainable level of outstanding Accounts Receivables (AR) Liaise between internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Success Management) and external customers Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Previous experience in an equivalent roleBachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualificationComprehensive understanding of corporate terms and conditionsExcellent skills in customer service, problem-solving, (self) time-management, organizing and administration dutiesProfessional in MS-Office and NetSuiteRespectful, empathetic and patient approach to customers and if necessary good skills in deescalatingFluent written and spoken English language skills are mandatory, German or another second language are a plus Preferred Skills and Experience: Previous worked with HubSpot You are friendly, well-structured, and analytical What we offer: Flexible working hoursPotential for personal and professional developmentA fun, creative and supportive teamBe part of a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for advancement
