FINANCE We're a diverse team who partners and supports the business to enable delivery against our strategic and financial goals. THE ROLE We are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our Digital Procurement team. As we lead and support a growing number of procurement initiatives inside the Digital Procurement area, this person will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing procurement and control processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DOUnderstand key internal clients, regularly engage with and build strong engagement with relevant stakeholders within the Marketing AreaSupport the business with RFP, negotiation, and e-auction to select vendorsSupport contract management processes and coordinate with procurement and legal teams as requiredNegotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors and anticipate and track agreements' expiration.Follow-up delivery of acquired goods & services and support good receiptDeploy a customer-centric engagement model with internal stakeholders to ensure the best level of cooperation and adherence to Farfetch policies & processesWork with FP&A to support budget processes including savings execution by analyzing various business data and financial informationAssess financial stability and risk of potential vendors support vendor audit and ensure all vendor documents are compliantWHO YOU AREBA/BS degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or Information Management, or a related field3+ years of relevant procurement experienceBasic Finance awareness of generic business processes (Finance, HR, Commercial, Purchase, Sales, Legal)Experience in working with multiple international stakeholdersTrack record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlinesExperience with Coupa will be a plusREWARDS AND BENEFITSHealth insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and toolsExtra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the communityTraining opportunities and free access to UdemyFlexible benefits programEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFarfetch is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
