Our client, a leader in the banking sector, is currently seeking a SAP HR Functional Consultant to join their team in the retail banking division. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Human Resources Department, focusing on unifying various HR-related software into a cohesive SAP system .
Key responsibilities: Implementing and configuring SAP HR modules such as Employee Center, Success Factors, Concur, Time Tracking, and Compensation and Benefits
Analysing current HR software and applications to provide strategic migration solutions to SAP
Leading the integration of approximately 20 HR-related applications into a unified SAP environment
Collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient transition to SAP
Managing and documenting all aspects of the implementation process
Requirements Experience in implementing SAP HR modules
Proficiency in ERP systems
Understanding of HR processes and requirements in a retail banking context
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have: technical background (ETL, programming)
