Our success and sustainability are only made possible by continuing to develop our assets and technology through innovation and collaboration, and importantly through the development and diversity of our people who every day 'Make Incredible things Happen' At Subsea7.DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONAs part of our HR Function, Subsea 7's HR Service Centre is responsible for the delivery of all HR support for some countries within Africa and Mediterranean region (including Africa, South-eastern Europe and Portugal).We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR Service Centre Department, in Lisbon office, Portugal.As HR Administrator you will work within the HR Service Centre team to deliver an excellent service to the business and will be the focal point for all HRC activities and queries on a day to day transactional administration supporting the HR function. Role responsibilities include:SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIESMaintenance of people data in SAP to ensure the accurate reflection of joiners, leavers and changesCreating and managing HR records (employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal database, running HR reportsPerform monthly data integrity auditsAssure accurate data to support power bi regional reportsMain point of contact for SAP HR queriesEnsuring the timely and accurate input of monthly payroll information, but also support Rewards in reporting and data analysisSupporting PIT of expats and inpat and expats internal proceduresTrain team members in the use of SAP HRProvide monthly headcount reports and analyticsProvide accurate data to support regional reports, but also develop follow up reports on monthly headcount and annual processes (Performance Appraisal system, mandatory e-learning trainings, Annual Salary Review, etc.)Basic benefits administration under the countries Insurance and Benefits schemesArranging the issuance of letters or official correspondencesEnsure mandatory training is completed within the required timescales and support of Learning and Development teamDevelopment of scorecards for HR leadership and provide meaningful insights and trends on key metrics in support of HR initiativesTest the IT applications developed for the countries before they go liveOther additional administrative duties as required to support the HR teamsPROFILE:Degree qualified or equivalent in Human Resources or related fieldWork experience in data analysis in HR Systems, using either MS Excel and/or Power BISolid knowledge and daily work interaction with HR Processes and Procedures that require a constant high level of confidentiality and juggle various administrative tasks in a timely mannerStrong multitasking and administration skills with focus on quality and attention to detailFamiliarity with SAP software - Success Factors (or similar people management system) is a plusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPointGood level of English, both written and oralHigh level of confidentialityExcellent personal and customer-facing skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAble to prioritize a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordinglyFlexibility and willingness to learnOUR OFFERWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
