O Perfil Pretendido
Estamos à procura de um Diretor de Supply Chain (M/F) para integrar a nossa equipa.
O candidato ideal deverá possuir:
Formação superior em Engenharia, Gestão de Operações, Logística ou área relacionada;
Experiência comprovada de, pelo menos, 5 anos em funções de Direção, obrigatoriamente em ambiente industrial;
Conhecimentos sólidos dos processos de gestão de compras, transportes, planeamento, gestão de armazéns e logística interna;
Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipas multidisciplinares;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação;
Proatividade e orientação para a resolução de problemas;
Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado).
As Tuas Responsabilidades
Como Diretor de Supply Chain, e reportando diretamente ao COO do grupo, serás responsável por:
Coordenar e gerir as equipas de Compras, Gestão de Transportes (Inbound/Outbound), Planeamento, Gestão de Armazéns, Abastecimento e Logística Interna;
Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de supply chain que otimizem a eficiência operacional e reduzam os custos;
Garantir a disponibilidade de matérias-primas e produtos acabados através de um planeamento eficiente e gestão de inventário;
Negociar com fornecedores e parceiros logísticos para assegurar as melhores condições de preço, qualidade e serviço;
Monitorizar e analisar indicadores de desempenho da supply chain, identificando áreas de melhoria e implementando ações corretivas;
Assegurar a conformidade com as normas e regulamentações aplicáveis, bem como com as políticas internas da empresa;
Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos de supply chain, utilizando ferramentas e metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma, entre outras;
Colaborar com outros departamentos para garantir a integração eficiente das operações de supply chain com as necessidades da produção e do mercado;
