We seek an efficient and skilled bid manager to join our team at Teleperformance in Portugal. What you'll doLead the end-to-end responses to RFP, RFI and proactive proposals;Execute solution strategies for complex projects and large-scale contracts, which align with the company's goals and client requirements, while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards;Coordinate opportunity review workshops, and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, technical, legal and pricing, to gather information and develop solution strategies;Create new sales activation strategies, organize client events and meetings for immersive experience in the company's culture and operations;Develop compelling and persuasive sales materials and presentations, including executive summaries, value propositions and technical responses;Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;Work with pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with requirements and profitability targets;Maintaining comprehensive and accurate company documentation;Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, competitor activity and emerging best practices in our sector.What you'll needBachelor's degree (communication, marketing, management or related field);3+ years of experience as a bid manager, product manager, or sales manager;Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels;Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively;Attention to detail and high accuracy in proposal preparation and review;Strategic thinking capability with high analytical skills and problem-solving skills;Ability to create visually appealing and engaging sales materials;Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel;Background in BPO, technology or consultancy;Experience in pricing strategies;Previous experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPIC in B2B sales.Excellent work opportunity in a dynamic leading multinational company;Possibility of cooperation with leaders in various industries;Investment in training and personal development;Modern, centrally located buildings with canteen facilities and an excellent public transportation connection;Health Insurance;Free language courses, sport activities and organized events;Free healthy meals in the cafeterias, such as soup, bread, salad and fruit.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
