Analog Design Engineer
We're looking for an Analog Design Engineer to join our team. On this role you'll acquire and develop competences in all analog design activities, ranged from schematic entry, simulation and final validations. The focus of our team is developing high speed SerDes physical interface and design all the necessary analog blocks to support it ranging from basic references blocks to complex analog front-ends that touch the boundary of chip interface. Key Qualifications Requires a MSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent) with solid background on transistor level circuit design and 5+ years working experience in analog circuit design.Possesses knowledge in deep submicron CMOS technologiesKnowledge of SPICE simulators and simulation methods and verificationsHas familiarity with IC design toolsBuilds productive internal/external working relationships. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertiseGood at problem solving. Presents critical judgementGood written and verbal English communication skillsOrganizational skills are essentialSelf-motivated personalityRequired Experience: Analog mixed-signal design with focus in high speed SERDES (Drivers, Receivers, Clocking, PLL, DLL, CDR).Design and validation of custom digital circuits for high-speed applications with focus on STA timing closure and constraints checks with industry standard tools (i.e. Primetime, Nanotime or equivalent)Reviewing layout design to minimize the effect of parasiticPreferred Experience Knowledge on Synopsys EDA toolsFamiliar with Unix and scripting languages (TCL, Python)We Offer On job trainingGreat working environment with excellent team spiritWork with international teamsCorporate events At Synopsys, we're at the heart of the innovations that change the way we work and play.
