We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group's teams in 86 countries and 120 offices.About the roleJob Purpose:As a Payroll Officer you will be able to work in international client projects supporting the Payroll service line by doing administrative tasks, social security tasks, assisting with year-end tasks, under the supervision of a Payroll Account Manager or the Payroll Team Leader.Key Responsibilities:Processes all payroll-related tasks assigned by the payroll technicians and supervisor.Creating new clients in the payroll systemCreating new clients paper and electronics records fileCreating new joiners in the payroll softwareCompleting administrative tasks related to new joinersCompleting quarterly and annual surveysCompleting administrative tasks related to sicknessCompleting administrative tasks related to leaversRequest social security and tax office up to date reportsMaintaining the paper records (permanent file, annual file)Maintaining the electronic records.Payments, preparation, and coordination signatures for executionFiling and paying tax models once they are approved and updating taxChecklist elated to this taskSending payslips to employees/ clientsAssists rest of the team with administrative tasksRegistration on social securityFiling and organizing documentsCoordination assisting the supervisor with the set up registrations of the companies and filling out forms for social securityKey Requirements:Graduate from University in Business, HR, Accounting or related discipline1-2 years of related experience is required.Proficiency in MS Office packageMedium - advanced English levelExcellent written and communication skills.Strong team-playing skills.Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.What's in it for you?Local benefits:Flexible ScheduleHybrid work (60 % remote)Medical InsuranceMeal & Transportation allowanceBirthday leaveInternational & Dynamic environmentApplications close: 31 May 2024 Romance Daylight TimeFor further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the "Apply" button below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
