Jitera is a startup company from Japan that develops software to automate the development of mobile and web applications. Our product can be classified as No-Code, Low-Code, and a code generator.
By using our product, we offer efficient solutions for building web and mobile apps quickly, with high quality, and at a lower cost than traditional software development methods. Our software comes with an array of features that can assist our Client in successfully building and launching an app to the market.
As the characteristics of our company, we are a team of professionals working remotely, and we have a track record of significant growth over the past year in terms of revenue, product development, and team members.
About the Role We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Product Owner to join our fast-paced and innovative team. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features to our customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business partners, to define and prioritize requirements, translate business needs into actionable plans, and advocate for our product vision.
Key Responsibilities Drive the product roadmap and lead cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable plans.
Inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
About You Proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Cursor).
Basic understanding of software development principles and engineering workflows to work closely with the engineering team.
Ability to create wireframes to present product ideas and review designs from a user perspective.
Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Initiative to solve product issues, particularly customer-related issues.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working 100% remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
Business-level fluency in English.
Technical Skills BackEnd & FrontEnd: Ruby On Rails, NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript.
Database: PSQL, Milvus.
Code: GitHub.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions.
