Descriçao da oferta Contribuir para o bom funcionamento das áreas de RH (Formação, Recrutamento, Gestão Administrativa e Comp&Ben); Reportar à Diretora de Recursos Humanos. Principais responsabilidades Apoiar a área de gestão de pessoas da Sociedade e promover o seu desenvolvimento; Contribuir para a gestão do Programa de Formação; Acompanhar os processos de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores; Manutenção de bases de dados e de registos atualizada; Apoiar o processo de contratação e o processo de integração de novos colaboradores; Apoiar os processos de saída; Contribuir para as medidas de gestão e retenção do talento; Desenvolvimento e manutenção dos fringe Benefits.
