Inserido dentro da área de manutenção, terá o objectivo dar suporte à equipa de técnicos de manutenção e respectiva liderança da área, através de um conjunto de actividades e responsabilidades estruturais do sistema de gestão da manutenção, fundamentais para alcançar o objectivo último de uma prestação de serviço de manutenção em condições óptimas de segurança, qualidade, eficiência e produtividade.
OBJECTIVO DA FUNÇÃO:Inserido dentro da área de manutenção, terá o objectivo dar suporte à equipa de técnicos de manutenção e respectiva liderança da área, através de um conjunto de actividades e responsabilidades estruturais do sistema de gestão da manutenção, fundamentais para alcançar o objectivo último de uma prestação de serviço de manutenção em condições óptimas de segurança, qualidade, eficiência e produtividade.
RESPONSABILIDADES E DEVERES:Definir e manter, com o suporte dos técnicos de manutenção, as instruções de trabalho de manutenção autónoma ou preventiva.Definir e manter, com suporte da equipa de técnicos de manutenção e / ou Engenheiros de processo, os manuais e standards de equipamentos.Definir e manter, com o suporte dos técnicos de manutenção e / ou Engenheiros de processo, standards procedimentos de diagnóstico de avarias dentro do processo de manutenção correctiva.Actualização e análise dos KPIs da área de manutenção.Planeamento das intervenções de manutenção preventiva, junto da equipa de manutenção e de produção.Definição, com o suporte da equipa, dos processos e procedimentos internos da equipa.Executar, de acordo ao planeamento estabelecido, auditorias à execução da manutenção autónoma.Manter os dados base em SAP dos elementos associados à manutenção.Participar activamente em actividades de melhoria contínua da área.Participar activamente em actividades de problem solving.Participar activamente na melhoria do sistema de gestão de manutenção.Cumprir com as normas de ambiente, saúde e segurança no trabalho, qualidade e produtividade.Respeitar as regras de segurança e limpeza do posto de trabalho.Cumprir com as regras da organização e os regulamentos internos: Código de Ética, prática e o horário.Participar ativamente na melhoria continua da Política de Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho.Zelar pela manutenção, limpeza e conservação do posto de trabalho.Executar outras tarefas não compreendidas na atividade para a qual foi contratado, quando necessidades ou conveniência de serviço o justifiquem, pelo período de tempo necessário às referidas necessidades ou conveniências de serviço.QUALIFICAÇÕES REQUERIDAS:12º ano em área técnica relacionada (Mecânica, Mecatrónica, Electricidade), ou licenciatura em Engenharia ou área relacionada.Conhecimentos do funcionamento de máquinas (mecânica, pneumática, eletrónica, eletricidade, etc) (valorizado).Conhecimentos em contexto de produção em linha na indústria automóvel (valorizado).Conhecimentos de informática (Office) na ótica do utilizador.Conhecimentos de SAP (valorizado).Informática a nível do utilizador (conhecimentos Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Conhecimentos sólidos de Inglês.
