Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.
A Day in the Life of... Attend all types of contacts from Nespresso customers via voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.Welcome customers and identify their needs.Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our complete range of products.Conduct an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers effectively to Technical Assistance.Maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).What Will Make You Successful One or two years of experience in a customer-facing role (mandatory).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)Proficiency in Swiss German / German - MandatoryProficiency in English is an asset.Good relational and communication skills.Ability to multitask.Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.What We Offer Here at NBS, we care about our talents and continuously work to engage our teams and help our people achieve their best professional performance, without forgetting personal development and work-life balance.
