.Mission: We are looking to incorporate an innovative person into the HR Services team, who wants to actively support in different areas such as payroll, rewards or time and attendance.By joining our team, we will accompany you in your learning and development process, being part of a team of professionals who will help you in your evolution and professional projection. Main tasks: Administrative support of the comprehensive process of personnel management, participating in activities such as: Support on payroll calculation, timesheets control and provider communication. Communication with Portugal government and respective report. Report out to Portugal Social Security and audits. Participate on Iberia Rewards global campaigns (Global Salary Review, Incentive programs, etc) and providers coordination for local campaigns. Support on time and attendance and other administrative tasks. Administration on benefits. Minimum candidate requirements: - Bachelor's degree in labor relations, Law and/or Labor Sciences.- 1-year experience in administrative tasks of Personnel Administration/Payroll.- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.- Analytical and organizational skills.- A decisive, dynamic, and proactive person.- Teamwork.- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Desirable: - Basic knowledge of rewards and administrative procedures in a payroll/personnel administration department.- Good level of Spanish.- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.- Complementary training in HR.
