What you will enjoy doingYou will provide support via phone/chat/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business.Guide the customers through the Webshop.Transfer queries to the corresponding department.Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job.Further, you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management, and Pricing Master.In addition, you will manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in the different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc.).What makes you greatYou are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints, etc.).Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation, and stress resistance.Fluency in Portuguese as a native language; English is a plus.High school education (Baccalaureate) is required for this position.You are proactive, focused on responding quickly to customer needs.Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset.You have a strong commitment to teamwork, are highly goal and objective-oriented, as well as have a strong customer focus and dedication to customer service.You possess analytical and negotiation skills.Why you will love working with usAre you looking for challenges? This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs. Have we inspired you?
