Specialist GBS Supply Chain Management (PSC)adidas Porto is one of the key strategic locations of adidas globally, with a truly global environment reflected not only in our teams' work but also in the diversity of people and talent in our offices in TecMaia. In this role, you will manage integrated purchasing, global supply planning, and purchase order activities. Your focus will be on meeting availability targets, including OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) while adhering to market SLAs. Collaborating across functions, you will address planning and purchasing challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively mitigate potential delays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute the buy decisions in line with the supply plan and respecting Market SLA'sExecute business control process for the relevant area; translate risks and opportunities into actions following business principlesSupport markets with PR and PO creation and managementSupport Supply Review with relevant Liaison Office (LO) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints, delivery performance development and ensure risk mitigation plans are in placeResponsible for the creation and distribution of operational reportsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Fluency in English both verbal and writtenUniversity degree in BA, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related1-2 years of experience in SCM OperationsGood knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookup), and ideally SAP SD in AFSService-minded and consumer/customer orientedNote that the recruitment process will be conducted in English, please apply with an English resume.
