Our client is a leading player in its sector. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive the company towards achieving its strategic goals.
Descrição
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources;
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives;
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve the company's financial goals;
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence;
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement best practices, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives;
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies;
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies;
Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and make data-driven decisions.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration or similar;
Previous experience as General Manager within the industrial or manufacturing sector;
Strong leadership and team management abilities;
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in financial management and operational planning;
Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices;
Fluent in English.
