Descrição da Empresa: A b_create é uma startup que desenvolve soluções de software para o setor de vinhos e bebidas. Temos uma base de clientes extensa que inclui algumas das maiores empresas de vinhos e bebidas de Portugal e clientes em Espanha e na América Latina.
No seguimento do nosso processo de crescimento e internacionalização, estamos à procura de um Support Engineer para se juntar à nossa equipa, onde terá a oportunidade de crescer e aprender num ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.
Descrição da Função: como Support Engineer, será responsável por fornecer assistência e suporte aos pedidos de clientes da b_create e contribuir para a manutenção da integridade da plataforma.
Deverá também ser capaz de resolver problemas técnicos que surjam, assegurando que os clientes recebem respostas rápidas e eficazes e contribuindo para a melhoria do user-experience e do sistema em geral.
O candidato ideal deve ter um forte interesse em tecnologia, programação e resolução de problemas.
Responsabilidades: · Fornecer suporte técnico de primeira linha tanto a clientes como à equipa interna.
· Registar e monitorizar issues utilizando o software de gestão de helpdesk, garantindo que todos os incidentes e pedidos são documentados com passos detalhados de resolução.
· Diagnosticar, solucionar e escalar problemas não resolvidos para a equipa de desenvolvimento quando necessário.
· Monitorizar e garantir o bom funcionamento da solução em cada cliente.
· Colaborar com a equipa para identificar e implementar melhorias na plataforma e no serviço de suporte.
· Manter documentação precisa sobre problemas de suporte comuns e procedimentos de resolução (knowledge base).
· Desenvolver guias de utilizador, guias de instalação e documentação de resolução de problemas.
Requisitos: · Licenciatura (ou superior) em TI
· Conhecimento de ambientes Windows Server (on-prem ou cloud) e administração de Active Directory
· Experiência com SQL Server (jobs SQL, backups/restauros).
· Conhecimento de web services (SOAP/REST)
· Compreensão de resolução de problemas de rede relacionados com aplicações cliente-servidor, tais como VPN ou problemas de firewall.
· Experiência com .NET e ASP.NET, incluindo desenvolvimento de aplicações web com Razor e JavaScript
· Familiaridade com a ferramenta Hangfire para gestão de tarefas em background
· Fluência em inglês; conhecimentos em espanhol são preferenciais
· Capacidade de comunicação eficaz e trabalho em equipa
