A área Digital Xperience da Xpand IT é uma equipa tecnológica de rápido crescimento que se concentra em tecnologias Microsoft e Mobile . A sua principal missão é fornecer soluções de software de alta qualidade que atendam às necessidades do utilizador final, num mundo tecnológico continuamente exigente e em ritmo acelerado, proporcionando a melhor experiência em termos de personalização, performance e features. Tiramos proveito de um conjunto de frameworks e ferramentas inovadoras, como Kubernetes para implementação de Apps Azure e .Net Core para desenvolvimento Web. Mas isso não é tudo, a nossa equipa também trabalha com  Kotlin e Swift  no desenvolvimento de apps nativas e  Xamarin ou Flutter no desenvolvimento de apps cross-platform, implementando e integrando as nossas apps com  ecossistemas Azure da Microsoft. Quais as principais responsabilidades?
Enquanto  Azure AI Engineer , serás responsável por projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de Inteligência Artificial na plataforma Azure. Irás também ter a oportunidade de trabalhar em vários domínios, como web, utilizando metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de software e de gestão de projeto.
Diariamente serás responsável por: Participar na arquitetura de soluções de software baseadas em C#/.NET; Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais para entender os requisitos dos negócios e identificar oportunidades para alavancar tecnologias de AI; Projetar  soluções de AI escaláveis e seguras na plataforma Azure , integrando soluções de AI com sistemas e aplicações existentes; Desenvolver, testar e implementar modelos de machine learning utilizando  Azure Cognitive Services  e frameworks relacionadas; Otimizar e ajustar modelos de machine learning para melhorar desempenho e eficácia; Monitorizar regularmente e assumir a manutenção das soluções de AI implementadas; Garantir a segurança dos dados, privacidade e conformidade com os requisitos regulamentados; Colaborar com software engineers, data scientists, e outras partes interessadas para impulsionar a inovação e a melhoria contínua; Manteres-te atualizado sobre as últimas tecnologias, práticas recomendadas,  tendências de AI e Azure , fornecendo sugestões/recomendações que permitam a inovação tecnológica; Stacks : C#, .NET, Azure, Azure Cognitive Services, Python
Que Skills precisas de ter?
Licenciatura/Mestrado em Gestão de Tecnologias de Informação e/ou Engenharia Informática; Conhecimento técnico (+2 anos) de Cloud Azure e Azure Cognitive Services; Bom nível de inglês (escrito e falado); Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de software com tecnologias C# ou .NET; Experiência hands-on conhecimento em Azure e Azure Cognitive Services (incluindo, entre outros,  Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing  e  Speech Services ); Proficiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos de machine learning com Azure Machine Learning ou estruturas semelhantes; Sólida compreensão dos conceitos, algoritmos e técnicas de AI e machine learning; Experiência com armazenamento e recuperação de dados com os serviços do Azure, como Armazenamento do Azure e Banco de Dados SQL; Familiaridade com pré-processamento de dados, engenharia de recursos e técnicas de avaliação de modelos; Conhecimento de arquiteturas cloud e princípios de computação distribuída; Boas habilidades de trabalho em equipa e resolução de problemas; Boa comunicação e facilidade de trabalhar em equipa; Capacidade de trabalhar em regime flexível híbrido, combinando trabalho remoto e presencial.
