Your main tasks:
Providing effective legal and commercial advice and assistanceDraft and negotiate contractsAssist the function supported regarding the assessment and management of legal and commercial risk and in light of different risk profilesHelp to ensure that business is conducted in accordance with relevant law and internal governance processesProvide preliminary advice on disputesAdvise on regulatory complianceSupport a range of standard and bespoke contracts and queries with relatively low to medium levels of revenues, complexity, and impact Your experience:Educated to degree level or equivalentQualified lawyer in EU jurisdiction with international commercial legal experience (between 2-5 years' relevant qualified experience)Good technical knowledge and experience of the law (including contract/commercial law and regulatory issues e.g. GDPR), contracts and practice relevant to the segments/Functions supportedGood technical contract drafting and negotiation skillsIT contract experienceProblem solving – ability to identify and analyze key information to make balanced and appropriate decisionsProblem solving - ability to advise on legal and commercial options and challenge others where necessaryAbility to provide preliminary advice on legal disputesGood communication and interpersonal skills | Clear communicationDemonstrating the applicable core and legal competenciesTechnical accuracy and good judgmentTimely advice and assistanceBeing an effective and trusted business partner to the business/operations What we offer you:
