Os/As profissionais selecionados/as terão responsabilidades a nível de desenvolvimento, implementação e manutenção de soluções na plataforma ServiceNow , com especial foco nas áreas de ITSM, ITOM, CSM, entre outras.
Esta é uma posição de longa-duração, com modelo de trabalho híbrido (3 dias de trabalho presencial, por semana, nas instalações do cliente em Lisboa – zona das Amoreiras).
Responsabilidades contempladas:
Desenvolvimento e Configuração: Criar e personalizar aplicativos, módulos, workflows e interfaces dentro do ServiceNow para atender às necessidades de negócios da empresa.
Integrações: Desenvolver integrações entre o ServiceNow e outros sistemas internos e externos, utilizando REST, SOAP ou outras APIs.
Manutenção e Suporte: Identificar, diagnosticar e corrigir problemas, mantendo o sistema funcional e eficiente.
Customizações: Trabalhar com a personalização de módulos como ITSM, ITOM, CSM, e outras áreas do ServiceNow .
Consultoria Técnica: Fornecer orientação técnica sobre melhores práticas, arquitetura e design da plataforma ServiceNow .
Documentação: Garantir que todo o trabalho seja adequadamente documentado, incluindo configurações, soluções e processos técnicos.
Formação e Transferência de Conhecimento: Sempre que necessário, treinar equipas internas e partilhar conhecimento técnico sobre a plataforma ServiceNow .
Requisitos Técnicos
Experiência comprovada de pelo menos 5 anos como ServiceNow developer , demonstrando forte domínio da plataforma.
Conhecimento profundo de módulos do ServiceNow como ITSM, ITOM, CSM, entre outros.
Habilidade no desenvolvimento de scripts em JavaScript, HTML, CSS, e outras frameworks utilizadas na plataforma.
Experiência com integrações e APIs, incluindo REST, SOAP e Web Services .
Experiência na configuração e desenvolvimento de fluxos de trabalho, relatórios e dashboards .
Experiência na administração e customização da plataforma, incluindo a configuração de regras de negócios, workflows , e scripts.
Certificações relevantes em ServiceNow (ex.: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ) são altamente desejáveis.
Habilidades de comunicação clara e eficaz, em Português e Inglês, com a capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa junto de equipas multidisciplinares.
Requisitos Adicionais
O profissional deverá estar disponível para trabalhar presencialmente três vezes por semana nas instalações do cliente, nas Amoreiras, em Lisboa. Os demais dias serão em regime de trabalho remoto.
Excelente capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo.
Proatividade na resolução de problemas complexos.
