Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated consultants with experience in Change Management to join our teams in Lisbon.In this role you will be responsible for:Define, execute, and manage the Change Management plan; Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and design communication strategies; Organize and lead training sessions and provide support to stakeholders; Gather feedback, monitorresistance to change, and implement mitigation strategies; Collaborate with variousstakeholders (e.G., project teams, functional managers, business leaders) to align the Change Management and Communication strategy with project objectives, facilitating adoption and ensuring a successful transition; Manage and report on keyperformance indicators for Change Management and Communication initiatives; Develop training strategies and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEKnowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and best practices; 1 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management; Ability to deliver impact reports, conduct stakeholder analyses, and create effective communication strategies; Strong analytical skillsand problem-solving orientation; Experience in developingand delivering training programs; Excellent communication,facilitation, and training skills; Experience in business transformation processes (preferred); Experience in Communication (preferred); Change Management courses and certifications (e.G., PROSCI) are a plus but not mandatory; Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice; Fluency in English.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
