Reporting to our Digital Marketing Director, Tier 2 and 3 markets, you will be part of an industry leading digital marketing teamworking closely with the Global and regional digital teams, the business and marketing leaders to support their strategies by managing roll out of digital related activities across multiple EMEA markets.The Junior Digital Marketing Professional will support onactivating digital activities for the Tier 2 and Tier 3marketsworking side by side with the regional Head of Marketing.This is an opportunity to know local markets insights/strategies and use them on the campaign process and approach.The role will also provide you the opportunity toincrease your knowledge in areas such Marketing automation or AEM focusing on optimisation and personalisation of campaigns.What this job involvesSupport the Digital Marketing Director in activating and optimising local digital activities to ensure goals are met and review results.Work closely with Global campaigns team and in-house experts from performance, marketing automation, personalisation, SEO, content and UX teams to deliver and optimise digital campaigns.Coordinate efforts between field marketers and digital marketing teams, fostering a cohesive and efficient collaboration.Build a trustful and transparent relation with the local markets.Invest time to answer questions, provide guidance and understand local requirements to increase overall process efficiencies.Prioritise your time and efforts to campaigns depending on size, revenue, and opportunity to drive demand.Develop a different approach and tone ofvoice for each market (or group of markets) depending on the local structure capabilities,digital know-how and project requirements.Team up with the wider digital team to deliver best in class digital solutions aligned with each country or group of countries requirements.Analyse digital activity performance, identifying opportunities for improvements and drive positive change and digital transformation.Innovate and propose actions by researching and applying new ideas and industry best practices to our campaign workflow.Promote and drive adoption of Workfront, our self-service tools and offshore shared service (JBS) capabilities.Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and changes in digital marketing platforms and proactively share these with stakeholders.RequirementsProven digital experience with a track record of defining and delivering results.Confidence in working in matrix structures and dealing with ambiguities.Excellent stakeholder management skills are a must.Good at managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Highly analytical and skilled in utilizing data to drive decisionsDetail orientated with proven communication and presentation skills on both individual and formal level.Experience in working with international internal teams is a plus.Commitment to ongoing personal and professional developmentBusiness standard English (written and spoken) a mustLocation: On-site –Lisbon, PRTIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.We take our responsibility to protect the personal information provided to us seriously.Generally the personal information we collect from you are for the purposes of processing in connection with JLL's recruitment process.We endeavour to keep your personal information secure with appropriate level of security and keep for as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons.We will then delete it safely and securely.
