Senior Project Manager

What are you working on? Genres: Puzzle, Casual Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the project team and between departments.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization of team skills and capabilities.
What kind of professional are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the industry trends and dynamics.
Fluent Russian, Upper-Intermediate level of English
