A Randstad encontra-se a recrutar um Data Scientist (AI e ML) para uma multinacional do setor indústrial.
O cliente tem instalações em Coimbra e Lisboa. Regime de Trabalho híbrido (2/ 3 dias presenciais)
descrição da função/job description Trabalhar com equipas internacionais, engenheiros de machine learning e especialistas em IA para desenvolver soluções de IA de forma prática e acelerá-las para produção.
Desenvolver modelos de ML, assim como a utilização de modelos fundacionais de GenAI.
Colabora com as funções de negócios na resolução de problemas e prioridades empresariais.
Construir insights analíticos e identificar oportunidades relacionadas com IA.
Apoiar as equipas internas na definição e implementação dos roteiros de IA (baseados em pilares tecnológicos como visão computacional, NLP, IA generativa, extração de conhecimento e deteção de anomalias em séries temporais).
Contribui para a criação de melhores práticas e modelos de desenvolvimento e implementação de IA.
requisitos/requirements Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Ciências da Computação ou área similar;
+2 anos de experiência profissional em funções de Data Scientist ou Machine Learning Engineer;
Experiência no desenvolvimento de algoritmos comuns de ML e na construção de fluxos de trabalho de GenAI, incluindo RAG e embeddings;
Alta proficiência em Python e experiência com bibliotecas e frameworks comuns de ML;
Familiaridade com ambientes em cloud como AWS ou GCP;
Conhecimento aprofundado em alguma das seguintes áreas: NLP, Visão Computacional, Análise de Séries Temporais, GenAI;
Familiaridade com princípios de CI/CD e DevOps;
Fluente em inglês, tanto escrito como falado.
