What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the product data of the marketplace suppliers. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and enrich product data, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards before it is integrated into AUTODOC PIM systems and displayed at the shop. Responsibilities:

Data Initial Review : Review product data from 3P marketplace suppliers
Map data fields from AWS system to Mirakl system fields, ensuring correct data formats.
Data Cleaning and Normalization: Identify and remove duplicate records; Correct errors and ensure data consistency through standardization and normalization processes.
Data Enrichment and Classification: Complete missing product attributes and enhance data with additional relevant information; Classify 3P articles into appropriate categories
Validation Rule Definition and Implementation: Define and document mandatory fields, acceptable data formats, and business logic for product data validation; Develop and execute automated validation scripts to ensure compliance with established rules.
Manual Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct random spot checks and in-depth reviews; Work with subject matter experts to validate critical product information.
Data Integration and Testing: Perform test uploads of validated data into target systems (AWS, PIM) to identify and resolve integration issues; Ensure that data appears correctly and functions as expected within the target systems.
Ongoing Monitoring and Feedback: Continuously monitor data quality and perform periodic audits to ensure ongoing accuracy; Provide feedback to data sources regarding recurring issues and work towards process improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of validation processes and results; Document the data validation process, including rules, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data validation, data quality assurance, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, data validation tools).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
